Boulder Scientist Is Cautiously Optimistic About Paris Climate Deal

Nearly every nation on earth agreed on the climate deal struck in Paris over the weekend. Even the most optimistic scientists say it’s only a start. Alexander MacDonald is among them. The cautiously optimistic director of NOAA’s Earth System Research Lab in Boulder was a part of the U.S. delegation in Paris. He participated in three presentations and then spoke with Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner.
