Nearly every nation on earth agreed on the climate deal struck in Paris over the weekend. Even the most optimistic scientists say it’s only a start. Alexander MacDonald is among them. The cautiously optimistic director of NOAA’s Earth System Research Lab in Boulder was a part of the U.S. delegation in Paris.
