Colorado viewers of the 2007 film Ressurecting the Champ might have thought some locations looked pretty familiar. The movie was set in Denver, but only shot in Colorado for a few days, before the crew headed to Canada to take advantage of generous film incentives.

Host Zachary Barr explains how the proposal would work, and talks with someone in the business of choosing film locations, Joseph Chianese vice president of Entertainment Partners in Burbank, California, about whether what Colorado's offering is enough.
