Frogs around the world are in trouble. A fast-growing fungus called Chytrid is wiping many of them out. One reason for people to be concerned is that amphibians and their secretions may hold the secret to curing diseases and easing pain. Bob Chastain is CEO of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. He and his colleagues are going between Colorado and Panama to save a threatened jungle frog called Atelopus Limosus.

The zoo first started collecting frogs in Panama a little over a year ago for a breeding program. They only had one breeding pair in captivity before this latest trip in February. Bob Chastain tells Ryan Warner that this frog turns heads.
