Amendment 41, the so-called "Ethics in Government" initiative, would ban lobbyists from giving gifts to public officials, including meals, trips and tickets to sporting events. But opponents say the measure goes to far. Jared Polis co-chairs Coloradans for Clean Government, the group backing the initiative. Tim Jackson is president of the Colorado Auto Dealers Association.
