Governor John Hickenlooper outlined his hopes for Colorado in the state of the state speechThursday. And over and  over again, he encouraged bi partisanship. The fact is there are a hundred other people in the capitol with their own hopes for the state. The lawmakers Hickenlooper was talking to. They include Colorado Matters' two guests. House Majority Leader Amy Stephens -  a Republican - and Senate President Brandon Shaffer - a Democrat. They talk with Ryan Warner.
