Master Sommelier Richard Betts has written a scratch and sniff book about wine because he says, when it comes to wine, aroma and taste are inextricably linked. Betts is former wine director at the Little Nell hotel and restaurant in Aspen. Ryan Warner speaks with Betts about the "The Essential Scratch and Sniff Guide to Becoming a Wine Expert."
