Stimulus Buys Clean Water For Wiggins

Parents in the small town of Wiggins, on Colorado’s Eastern Plains, have been warned that the water is unsafe for their infants to drink. Now, the federal government is providing $5.5 million in stimulus loans and grants for a new water system. Wiggins resident Carol Francone says she won’t give her baby daughter water from the tap until the problem is solved. Mayor Mike Bates explains how and when that will happen.
