This election, voters in four cities are deciding whether to ban or put a moratorium on new oil and gas operations. For the most part, supporters don’t want fracking within city limits. That’s the form most drilling is taking in Colorado, and it’s been booming along the Front Range. CPR’s Lesley McClurg has been looking at the individual ballot questions. She joined Ryan Warner to talk about them.
