Republican State Sen. Ellen Roberts recently returned from a trip to South Africa, where she and other state lawmakers advised South Africans on how to get rid of government corruption. It’s a real problem in that country, with up to 20 percent of this year's budget unaccounted for. CPR’s Pat Mack talks with Roberts, whose district covers much of southwestern Colorado.
