A wind has blown the rain away and blown the sky away and all the leaves away, and the trees stand. I think, I too, have known autumn too long.

Leaves have kept poets and songwriters busy for years. We love the autumn colors in Colorado, where the aspens and several other trees put on a visual rave just before the snow falls.

But musically speaking the leaves usually tell stories of change and affairs of the heart. And some of these songs have really raked it in!

Turn over a new leaf this week on Retrofit, 5 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday!
