Motopony, a five-piece band out of Seattle, stopped by our studios recently for two special days with OpenAir. Daniel Blue, front man for the group who spent the first 12 years of his life calling Colorado home, joined Brandee the day of Motopony's performance at Denver's Larimer Lounge to hang out and host an hour of her afternoon show. The following day, Blue brought the whole crew back to rock Colorado Public Radio's performance studio. Hear their OpenAir studio session where they lay down four tracks and chat about everything from the songwriting process to love to whether or not the band has any actual rap skills.
