CPR Classical presents a live holiday broadcast of “A Canto Deo Christmas” at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22.

The two-hour concert will feature the Canto Deo choir singing Christmas favorites like “O Come All Ye Faithful,” “Silent Night” and “O Holy Night” accompanied by a full orchestra.

CPR Classical’s Charley Samson will host the broadcast from Aurora’s Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Parish. CPR’s David Rutherford will also make an appearance as as narrator for part of the concert.

Formed in 2007, the Aurora-based Canto Deo festival choir performs sacred music under the direction of Artistic Director and Conductor Jonathan Brown. A Canto Deo Christmas is one of several Christmas concerts the group performs in December.
