Philadelphia artist Timothy Showalter has released his latest album "HEAL" under the name Strand Of Oaks. He's been crafting his brand of quiet folk music since 2009, starting with "Leave Ruin" in 2009.
His previous album, "Dark Shores," reflected much of his earlier intimate and quiet acoustic sound. This latest release, "HEAL," is a departure from all of that, recorded in just three weeks. The album is a tribute to the rock music he grew up loving.
