A lot has happened for Residual Kid since the band last stopped into the CPR Performance Studio. Sure, they've written a number of new songs and signed a record deal with Sire; but two of their members are now old enough to have a driver's license too.
The Austin teenage band (ages 16, 16, and 14) stopped in to play before a headlining show at Denver's Larimer Lounge.
They spoke with Mike Flanagan about their new record deal, balancing school with touring in a rock band and a full-length album on the way.
