Josh Moorehead & The GuestList perform at OpenAir

Denver-based Americana-jazz collective Josh Moorehead & The GuestList made their debut in the CPR Performance Studio this week. 

Moorehead and his band are set to release the new album "No More Nostalgia" via a record release show at The Oriental Theater on May 8. It also serves as a tour kickoff show: the band will be heading south to Mexico then back up the west coast for what they are dubbing "The Heavy Chevro-Let Your Hair Down Tour."

Moorehead and his bandmates spoke with Daniel Mescher about the history of the band, how their Denver home/performance space inspired the record and getting involved with the Oskar Blues Can'd Aid Foundation for Colorado flood relief.
