Nashville singer-songwriter Adia Victoria will release her debut album, "Beyond The Bloodhounds," on May 13. However, you can hear it now. (Note: Audio is no longer available.)

Victoria's first LP is a gothic blues-rock record steeped in Southern tradition. Last year Rolling Stone featured her as one of "10 New Artists You Need To Know" and she was a showcase artist at this year's South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.

Victoria says of "Beyond The Bloodhounds":

"I wrote this album as a memorial to my 20s. Those are tender years for a lot of women. It hurts. You get busted up in love and life. You make a lot of mistakes. You meet a lot of people who do you dirty because you don't understand your value yet."

Adia Victoria will perform at this year's Underground Music Showcase in Denver, taking place July 28-31.

The album stream will be available until May 13.
