Alleyways aren't always the prettiest places. So Downtown Denver Partnership recruited five artists to add their touch between 14th and 15th streets. In one, you'll find hundreds of cat sculptures installed by artist Kelly Monico. The grant-funded installations will be up for a year around the 16th Street Mall. The Partnership hopes private property owners may be inspired to decorate their own alleyways.
