Colorado Public Radio is covering the historic shutdown of the federal government. The U.S. Congress was not able to reach a recent agreement on federal spending before the nation ran out of time paying its bills. The result: the first government shutdown in nearly two decades.

We want to know how your life here in Colorado is being affected by the drama in Washington.  Are you making adjustments in your life because of the shutdown and/or federal budget cuts? (For instance, are you being cautious with your own spending? Looking for another job?)
