News Feature: Gas Development in CO
The future of gas development in Colorado is up in the air as the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission considers new regulations. How those rules come out could have an impact on the little Delta county town of Paonia, where companies are just starting to develop nearby gas fields. KCFR's Megan Verlee visited Paonia and has this story.
For the town of Paonia, with a history tied to coal mines and agriculture and a strong present-day recreation economy, the possibily of impending gas drilling has some in the area worried for the future.
