Extraction Oil & Gas will now re-submit drilling plans for a meeting with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, July 24 and 25.

The council voted 5-4 to push the vote on Broomfield's proposed moratorium and resume the meeting on Feb. 28.
