State lawmakers are debating a bill that lets parents take time off work to meet with their children's teachers. Ryan Warner speaks with Larry Bush, a counselor at Columbine High School, who's in favor. We also hear from Tony Gagliardi, of the National Federation of Independent Business, who's against it.
