Author Dudley Edmondson: “The Black and Brown Faces in America’s Wild Places”

Dan Meyers talks to nature photographer Dudley Edmondson, author of The Black and Brown Faces in America’s Wild Places, which profiles 20 African-Americans across the country – seven of them from Colorado – who love the great outdoors. According to a federal study, only 13 percent of African-Americans recently visited a national park. For whites, the percentage was nearly three times higher.
