Demand for Goat Meat on the Rise

Last fall, Denver Post Reporter Electa Draper was driving between Cortez and Dove Creek when she noticed a change. Out on the rolling green hills and red earth of Southwestern Colorado, she saw fewer sheep and more goats. She looked into it and discovered that an increasing number of ranchers in Colorado were raising goats for meat. Draper talks to Dan Meyers.
