For years, metro area cities have competed for retail projects, but now Aurora and Denver have joined forces on a development called HighPointe. Tom Clark, executive vice president of economic development with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and long-time advocate of revenue sharing, talks about the collaboration.
