Foundation to Fund College for DPS Students

By 2008, any public high school student in Denver who’s accepted to a Colorado college or university – but can’t afford it – will get the money to go. That's the commitment from the new Denver Scholarship Foundation, which this spring will launch the effort at three Denver high schools. Ryan Warner talks to Denver oilman Tim Marquez, who started the foundation with his own money, and Janet Gullickson, the foundation’s executive director.
