Pizza, soda and Twinkies are longtime favorites in school cafeterias. But little by little healthier foods are replacing them because of new state and federal laws. The state's education department is helping Colorado schools meet a host of new standards. Karen Connell is the department's supervisor of coordinated school health programs.
