Steamboat Springs Considers Restrictions on “Formula” Stores

The Steamboat Springs city council is considering regulating so-called "formula stores." Supporters say the goal is to protect the town's Western charm. Several large developments are planned or already under way. Ryan Warner talks to Tracy Barnett, director of Main Street Steamboat Springs.
