City, Civil Liberties Groups Debate DNC Arrest Handling

Denver spent millions of dollars and put numerous new procedures in place for the possibility of mass arrests during the DNC. But the system was only tested once, with sweeping arrests on the Convention's first night. Two weeks later, the city and civil liberties groups are still sorting out how this ramped up legal system performed. But they already seem to be coming to very different answers.
