The new movie "Putty Hill" is about a working class neighborhood on the outskirts of Baltimore. It's the second feature by a young director named Matt Porterfield, who wanted to make a picture about young metal heads, but when he couldn't get funding, wound up making this film. Colorado Public Radio film critic Howie Movshovitz says it worked out well.
