The members of local folk band Elephant Revival made their way into our CPR Performance Studio this week prior to their opening set for DeVotchKa and the Colorado Symphony at Red Rocks (stream our recent session with them here).

The Nederland quintet's music is a gorgeous union of Celtic, bluegrass, and country that has been dubbed “transcendental folk.” Violin, finger-style guitar, mandolin, banjo, and acoustic percussion mingle seamlessly with the members’ collective vocals across their latest album, last year's "These Changing Skies."
