Weekend Arts Roundup: Art and sports collide, mountain Celtic jam and more

This exhibition presents works by 12 artists who take a reflective and often critical look at the influence of competitive sports on our lives. The show explores how we spend our leisure time and money as well as how we create and define our individual and collective identities.

Hosts Andrew Orvedahl and Robert Rutherford present actors, comedians, musicians, writers and other creative types telling true stories from their lives, centered on a monthly theme. The theme for this show is “Taking a Stand.”

The classic Tennessee Williams play returns to Vintage Theatre, featuring many of the original award-winning cast members from the original 2008 run.
