Create Denver and WESTAF have revealed the full program for the 2015 Denver Music Summit at the McNichols Civic Center Building, 144 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, from April 24-26.
Colorado Public Radio's Jessi Whitten and David Rutherford will appear as guests for sessions at the event, which brings together music industry experts, musicians, civic leaders and fans.
This year's program includes:
- An opening night performance from QBala and Land Lines, and a collaboration with local and national acts including Dana Falconberry, Maria Kohler (Kitty Crimes), Stelth Ulvang (The Lumineers) and more
- "Two-Way Street" with Denver storytelling ensemble The Narrators, hosted by CPR Classical's David Rutherford on Saturday night
- A Sunday night All Songs Considered listening party hosted by NPR's Bob Boilen and featuring musician Thao Nguyen and OpenAir's Jessi Whitten, with live performances from Strawberry Runners and Fantastic Negrito
- Workshops and panels offering advice for working musicians.
