Owners who buried their pets at the Denver Pet Cemetery in Commerce City will have to pay hundreds of dollars to move the remains if a new owner finds a new use for the property.

Cemetery owner Tom Hart broke the news to concerned clients Tuesday that he is selling the property and the new owner could repurpose the land, reports 9News.
