Greeley Working With ACLU To Change Panhandling Ordinance

Greeley is working on changes to its ordinance meant to curb aggressive panhandling after conversations with Colorado's branch of the American Civil Liberties Union.

The Greeley Tribune reports that city attorney Doug Marek has agreed to work with the ACLU on a new draft of the law and has instructed police to stop enforcing contentious parts of the ordinance.
