Prosecutors are no longer pursuing the case against a man who filmed officers pulling him from a vehicle and patting down his handcuffed brother during a stop over a cracked windshield.

The Colorado Springs Gazette reports that the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office spokeswoman Lee Richards said prosecutors moved to dismiss the case because no one was injured and the brother pleaded guilty to lacking compulsory insurance and having an obstructed view due to a cracked windshield.
