Hickenlooper Discusses Proposed Budget Cuts With Lawmakers

Gov. John Hickenlooper is telling lawmakers about his plans to cut college funding and dip into a savings account in a plan to address a big budget shortfall.

Hickenlooper is due before a panel of state lawmakers Thursday to present his budget for next fiscal year. There is a projected shortfall of $373 million.
