The Amazing, ‘Ambulance’

The Amazing shares guitarist Reine Fiske with fellow Swedes Dungen, a group known for grungy psychedelic rock. Fiske -- along with the quintet's two other guitarists -- explores calmer, more atmospheric moods with The Amazing.

The Amazing's fourth album, "Ambulance," is out July 22. It was recorded almost entirely live, and as frontman Christoffer Gunrup bluntly says, "It does not sound happy."

The title track is a pristine, dreamy, midtempo rock song highlighted by Gunrup's soaring vocals and Moussa Fadera's pounding drum fills.
