The development of Chimney Choir's music over the past five years has been fascinating for fans of the Denver band. The group started with a series of indie folk records, experimented in electronica and even wrote a ballet last year.
The members are all multi-instrumentalists, so it's only natural that Chimney Choir's music contains a wide spectrum of sounds. Acoustic instruments seamlessly overlap with electronic samples on "Center Of Gravity," a song off their forthcoming album "(dream)."
CPR's OpenAir presents Chimney Choir's album release show for "(dream)" at Mercury Cafe on Nov. 19.
