Fort Collins quartet Slow Caves has signed to the Cincinnati-based label Old Flame Records, which will release the band's EP "The Desert Minded" on March 10.

The band is led by brothers Jakob and Oliver Mueller, who are natives of Denmark. They performed last year in the CPR Performance Studio and appear on the most recent episode of "OpenAir Live & Local."

Old Flame Records has released music by Cloud Nothings, Ski Lodge and Potty Mouth.

Treefort Music Festival last week announced Slow Caves is one of five Colorado acts set to perform at the 2017 event in Boise, Idaho.
