Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration Jenny Gentry is one of 10 finalists in the running for the Denver Business Journal’s 2017 Top Financial Executive, honoring “company executives charged with oversight of their business’ financial planning, reporting and compliance.”
Nominees were selected by a panel of judges based on personal contributions to their organization’s accomplishments, community involvement and innovation in their field.
Jenny Gentry joined Colorado Public Radio in 1983 and has since overseen many of CPR’s most important legal, financial and technological advances as an organization. During her 33-year tenure, Jenny has played a vital role in both expanding CPR’s footprint throughout Colorado and adapting to ensure sustainability for technological and financial growth into the future.
The winner of this year’s Top Financial Executive award will be announced on April 27, after which all 10 finalists will be profiled in a special edition of the Denver Business Journal the following day.
