This story's a before and after. The before is what the new train station and hotel at Denver’s airport would’ve looked like when star architect Santiago Calatrava was on board. The after is what it will look like now that he’s dropped out-- citing differences over budget and schedule. The new designs -- created after the city and the architect agreed on which of Calatrava's elements could remain -- were released today. DIA's manager, Kim Day, describes the differences for Ryan Warner.
