In A Tight Job Market, Employers Offer A New Benefit: College Education

Some companies are adding a new kind of benefit to attract and retain employees in a tight job market: a college education.

Denver-based Guild Education connects employers and their staffers to colleges offering tuition discounts. Big names including Chipotle, Disney, Lyft and Walmart have signed up to help employees get their diplomas while enticing them to stay on.
