If you've never seen Ibibio Sound Machine live and in person, they are a not-to-be-missed explosion of a performance. Honing native instruments from many regions across Africa and blending a funky mix of bass, drums, and synths backed by power house vocals of Eno Williams the band sure knows how to entertain any crowd. On their first American tour and supporting their new album Electricity (Merge Records), the entire band is blossoming with energy and is ready to show off their talents to a new market.
