Architect Describes Planned ‘Reimagining’ Of Denver’s Performing Arts Complex

DPAC 2The Denver Performing Arts Complex is due for a redesign. The latest proposal for the 12-acre arts center includes removing the parking structure at the corner of 14th and Arapahoe streets, and replacing it with, among other things, a new concert hall for the Colorado Symphony. Boettcher Concert Hall would also be torn down. Steve Stainbrook is an architect and urban planner with the New York firm H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture. He spoke with Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner about the overhaul.
