The Denver Museum of Nature and Science is looking at genetics in an unusual way: through the lens of beer and food. They'd like to know why some pairings satisfy but others don't. They'll hold a "crowdtasting" event later this month will help establish a baseline for future research. Nicole Garneau leads the museum's Genetics of Taste Lab, and spoke to Colorado Matters host Nathan Heffel.
