When people talk about the effects of global warming, they often focus on the weather, or water supplies, or wildfires. But the question of how climate change will affect our health gets much less attention.
Thornton-based pediatrician Yadira Caraveo wants to change that. She was just honored by the White House for her work linking a warming planet to childhood illness. Dr. Caraveo talks with host Ryan Warner about her concerns.
