Colorado Chief Justice to Retire

The longest serving Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court is retiring. Mary Mullarkey has been Chief Justice for 12 years. She was first appointed to the court in 1987 by Democratic Governor Roy Romer. Justice Mullarkey has Multiple Sclerosis, but continues to maintain a full schedule. The 66-year old justice joined Ryan Warner from her office in Denver to discuss some of the highlights of her legal career and some of her more controversial rulings.
