Health workers at New York's Bellevue Hospital are treating Ebola patient Dr. Craig Spencer using a special state-of-the-art stethoscope developed by Thinklabs, a Centennial-based company.
The new stethoscope looks like the round metal part of a traditional stethoscope without the long tubes attached. The benefits for health workers caring for Ebola patients is that the instrument has wireless technology -- or can be used with a thin cord that snakes through a health worker's protective equipment.
Clive Smith, who invented the stethoscope, is the CEO of Thinklabs. Smith speaks with Ryan Warner.
