Thunderstorms have rolled across much of the northern half of Colorado in the last week. Some communities have had more rain than their drainage systems can handle. We'll hear from Mark Donelson, who manages Aurora's storm drainage system, in a moment. But first, CPR's Ryan Warner talks with state climatologist Nolan Doesken. He says an unusual monsoon season soaked part of the state, while leaving other areas bone dry.
