Guitarist and singer Janet Feder says if you want to enter the sonic landscape of her new album, “This Close,” put on a pair of headphones. It’s the best way to hear the subtleties, like the unusual guitar sounds she makes with beads and key-chain rings. She also draws from her personal experiences to tell stories that help her make sense of it all.
Feder calls “This Close” her most personal and intimate album yet. She spoke with Colorado Matters host Nathan Heffel.
